Quest Solutions Corporation provides life support, first aid and occupational safety training for individuals, healthcare professionals, companies, schools and government agencies in the Philippines.

3. Inquiries and class registration

• Sending an inquiry or registration request through this website does not reserve a seat.
• Our team confirms your class date, venue and slot by phone, email or Messenger.
• Class schedules shown on the website may change. The confirmation you receive from us is final.
• Group and company classes follow the details agreed in your quotation or confirmation.

4. Course completion and certification

Course completion cards are issued only to participants who attend the full class and pass the required skills test and written exam, following the rules of the certifying body. We may refuse or withdraw a card that was obtained through false information.

5. Rescheduling and cancellations

If you need to reschedule or cancel, contact us as early as possible. Rescheduling and cancellation terms are stated in your class confirmation or quotation.

6. Participant responsibilities

• Give accurate personal information when you register
• Arrive on time and take part safely in hands-on practice
• Tell your instructor about any condition that may affect your participation
• Follow the instructor’s directions and training center rules

7. Use of this website
