Course overview

First Aid gives anyone the knowledge and confidence to help in the first minutes of an emergency, before professional help arrives. No medical background is needed.

Instructors demonstrate each skill, then you practise in pairs with real dressings, bandages and splints, and talk through common situations at home, at school and in the workplace.
