• To answer your inquiry and confirm a class slot
• To run classes, record attendance and issue course completion cards
• To send class reminders and important updates about your booking
• To prepare quotations and training records for companies and institutions

4. Legal basis for processing

We process your personal information based on your consent, to take steps you request before a training agreement, to deliver the training you or your organization signed up for, and to comply with legal and regulatory requirements.

• With certifying bodies, to register course completion and issue your card
• With your employer or institution, when they enrolled you in a group class
• With service providers who help us run our website, email and records, under confidentiality obligations

We keep inquiry records for up to two years and participant records for as long as needed to verify course cards and meet legal requirements. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it securely.

No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we work to protect your data from loss, misuse and unauthorized access.
